Talk to him, take time to enjoy him; take time to know him, walk faithfully with God…

And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him. Genesis 5:24.

When God calls us to walk with him, it is for our good, for he is looking for something more than a mere friendly greeting as we meet him. It is possible to recognize God as someone we admire as we meet him (often) on the path of life, but he wants more for each one of us. God wants us to match his steps, talk and converse with him; take time to enjoy his company; take time to know him more fully (Adapted).

You can only find joy in life if you first of all give your life to Jesus Christ; then walk faithfully with God.
