Sin will find you out in your character.
The wages of sin is death, death to the body, of course, but death also to character. Sin fastens itself on, soaks through the tissues of one’s being. The man that sins becomes its servant, a slave of sin.
One who sins becomes simply a sinner and cannot leave sin alone except for divine deliverance.
