Through Jesus we have peace with God and we have the peace of God. Peace with God has to do with our right relationship with God (Romans 5).

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you; John 14:27.

They have seduced my people, saying, Peace! When there is no peace; Ezekiel 13:10.

Peace has ever been the great objective among the nations, and the illusion of those human beings who refuse to submit to Jesus Christ. As a contrast, there exists another kind of peace that does not depend on human efforts, but which comes from God alone: it is the peace that a sinner receives from our holy and righteous God, the peace made by Jesus Christ through his shed blood on the cross (Colossians 1:20).

Dear reader, don’t you wish to know this inner peace that can be obtained by receiving personally Jesus as Saviour, as the One who loves you and wants you to know true happiness?
